I need full-color scans of 2 vital records held in the Woodbury County Vital Records office in Sioux City at 620 Douglas St, Sioux City, IA 51101. I don't need certified copies, just full color. Estimated 15min of work

I have called the office, and both are available. Iowa has open records for the deceased, and anyone can do this.

If this can be done by EOD Tuesday 2/17/2026, I'll add a $25 bonus. (Closed Monday)

The records are $0.50 a copy, and any other receipt'ed expense (FedEx scan to email etc.) will be reimbursed. Payment will be via Venmo/PayPal/Zelle etc.
